Generally speaking, i'd try to wait for any type of Platinum offer -- coins are king.  It's rare that there's legit good value, but from time to time there's an opportunity (or at least a small chance) to get 86-87+ OVR Platinum cards, which can then be used to fund your roster improvements.  Hoping for any type of LTD is typically a fool's errand.  Most of us do not beat the odds.

is the 9x 89+ Super Bowl offer worth it? its in the season offers.

Not unless you need a bunch of Training.  I'd aim for Combine content, that was fire -- although i believe you missed your window for any potential LTDs.  I'll have to check the current offers once i'm in front of my console.

I'm not sure what a single Superbowl pack offers, but even if you get a 95 OVR, they're typically not even worth 200k coins.
