For me besides the obvious it’s ability thresholds, if you’re gonna make COD and STR so important, then by now every player should hit the threshold. And if they don’t hit the threshold because EA screws up their stats then they’re automatically unviable.
The greed, the slop, the exploits, the lack of reward. It's the worst it's all been, and I've been here a while. Literally no noticable improvements on...anything.
Idk...I may be done with MUT. This last grind for Too Tall really turned me off of this game. It feels just like when I quit after M17 and took a couple years off.
The community just seems to lean into the nonsense, too. I waste a lot of my time on this garbage, but I still can't wrap my head around the fact that there are so many people who spend so much time reserching, watching youtube, buying secondary products to figure out how to exploit the game's mechanics the easiest way possible, only to run 2-3 plays for months and months with no shame.
How many times is a Madden Bowl going to be won with some stupid exploit? EA is an unfunny joke at this point. I'm glad it's being sold off (even if it is to even more greedy and clueless people). It'll make it that much easier to walk away and observe from afar. I really hope things change for the better. This game has been one of the only games I always come back to. John Madden must be rolling over in his grave. smh.

This is it for me as well
I’m not a fan of expiring buckets. IMO the whole AP system needs reworked. If they wanna do say, 10 seasons of madden, then they should give us 22 AP, make every ability 10 AP for players in season 1, 9 AP for season 2 etc. I don’t mind discounts progressing, maybe even with a finale of everything being free, but I don’t love the gameplay when every player has every ability

Not as bad as the staff of NBA2k. At least in Madden u get some rewards that are BND, over there u can only hope for something good like a locker code.
The Visa draft is a horrible concept, also playing 20 games at 4 min quarters is complete waste of time. Lamar being so expensive is wild, the Easter event looks like they dropped the ball big time. Some stuff is way expensive and should be cheaper.

Every single action down to the most menial things like quickselling items or upgrading players takes WAY longer than it should. Why is there not a button to fully upgrade or downgrade a player? Why are spotlight tokens in their own individual packs rather than being added directly to my binder? Why does my game crash repeatedly when I open up the egg baskets? Why is the game based on the same shitty servers and source code from over a decade ago. That's just one thing.
Another prevalent issue for me is how fucking disrespect the game is of your time. We're grinding 5hrs for a DRC Card and he's bnd and requires currency to upgrade? Why make any cpu event 4M quarters and require so many games? It's because they don't care about you or your time. Any glitch or oversight that's beneficial to players in terms of coins or acquiring items is patched within 30 minutes but any detrimental issue with the game will persist for weeks or months so long as it doesn't directly impact their bottom line. I think as a player base we need to drop this game. EA does not deserve the rights for this game. I believe if the rights were to change hands we'd see monumental improvements in MUT, Franchise, H2H, UI and UX and servers.
One of the best replies ever. You pretty much summed up how I and many feel about this game this year. They har been so blatant this year about not caring about you, when in previous years they at least faked it somewhat.
This game sucks spent 900 K coins 40 K carrots didn’t pull one LTD and opened all the eggs both times

Been playing since MUT 15. I played mut 20, mut 21, mut 24 till zero chill and stopped. Played this one since Halloween and am quitting after season 7 buckets get nerfed. safe to say im not playing mut for the next 2-3 games at least. Gonna go touch grass and actually use my time to do something beneficial where I can actually spend my money on something feasible. Every time I play this game i find myself frustrated with how the game played and the cheesers that play it. At this point in the game nobody plays for the love of the game anymore and its all cheesers chasing a dopmine fix. They need to make a match making game mode where you have to file your w-2 and proof of employment. Instead of skil based it should be hours/week worked. I would find a lot more people in the community like me, and it would be so awesome.
Hopefully when I come back some other company will own the rights. Crashout over, thank you.

Thats it right here. Its lack of love for the game and just chasing the dopamine of feeling something. You can really tell who is and isnt loved based on the way they play.

Im not sure if im the only one with this, but I like madden 20 where you could have 3 players only with x factors and abilities. It really helps teh game from becoming who does or doesnt have the avengers as their team.

100% agree with this or at the very least have it be win x in a row or 25 total.
That way the people that get the 10 an no loss don’t have to play as many games but still allows others to have a chance.
Nothing worse then getting to your last game and getting a glitched out player or a disconnect and have to start over
