What is the cheapest way to get snow?

I wish there was a price tracker like for training.

There isnt a tracker for snow conversion on this site. I know mutfox made a video about cheapest snow on you tube. Basically cheapest way is to get 90's for 170k. Gives you 2130 snow. Or 93's for 670k that gives you 8440 snow. Those are about 80 coins per snow. All the rest are 100 per snow.
