Hey y'all I'm curious to know what the very best card/cards are at each position? I'm probably gonna punt on RP since I most like won't be starting M26 until it's heavily discounted(usual after Christmas). And want to get the very best cards to finish out the year. I'm talking BEST cards not the most expensive. The ones who are absolute beasts on the field.
I still run full ASA oop because hb Ant is just too glitchy.
Tts are also insane.
Having height everywhere is just so op so I can't recommend a full ASA oop and tts squad enough
My squad I'm having fun with to close out the year

I still have 4 UL and 3 RR 99s to pick not to mention 4 showdown token players and the free GT. I just don't think I'll use any of them so they may all just become training for RP.

Thank you. I am running a bunch of tts players and gts currently. I agree with the height everywhere. It just makes a huge difference. Too tall gets so many picks. What would you upgrade? I have around 13ish mil to spend.
QB Drake Maye
Rb faalele
Fb Lamar
Wr running mainly TEs for vanguard Ted, Metcalf, Kelce, goedert
Lt Faneca
LG GT nelson
C Munch
Rg combine long
Rt roaf
Defense
FS too tall
SS Washington
CBS plaxico Blount uche and ted FA bnd
Edge Reddick and Milton
DT Chris Jones and Carter
Olb Flacco and Herbig
MLB Snoop and metcalf
Ty for all your input.
I'm getting Loveland and Joe Thomas wrs when GTs fall on Thursday

It looks like you’re pretty much already there.
At this point there aren’t a ton of cards that stand out as “absolute best in game” at their position. It really depends on how you play and what you value.
For example I tried Drake Maye when he came out and he didn’t play well for me, been using the free QB’s Sanders and Derrick Henry and they have played great for me.
Ted Hendricks TE and some of the other really big WR’s/TE’s are really good but I have had better success with some of the smaller guys, Michael Irvin and Steve Smith have been running better routes and getting more separation for me. I pass the ball a lot and depend on crisp routes.
TE: Goedert and Lamar Jackson (FB)
WR: Sam LaPorta, Michael Irvin, Steve Smith
HB: FA Saquon
On defense I thought I would end up with all of the GT CB’s but my current setup has been so good for me it’s hard to make a change.
FS: Too Tall
SS: Blankenship
CB: FA Hendricks, GT Washington, Rising Star Cooper DeJean, Free Anthony Adams
After making these changes to my lineup I was at 29-0 in House Rules this week. Finally lost 1 this morning and then lost a couple more games after winning a few more.

Ok thank you. I didn't know route running stats mattered as much. So the higher the number the better more crisp routes are run? Does route tech make them even better? What constitutes a short, medium, and deep route? Is it where the first cut is like a slant cuts early but can be caught in the deep route area if that makes sense.
Why didn't Maye work well for you? Lot of questions sorry and thanks again.

It’s not really the route running attributes that matter. Sometimes the smaller frame players just get better cuts and will get more separation. I forgot I’ve been using the free Odunze as well. It’s really just trial and error with the routes you like to run. Route Tech is for sure needed against man press, I run it in all of my WR’s and TE’s if they can get it for 0-1AP.
Maye just didn’t move as well as I would’ve liked. I roll out to the right for certain plays and he kept getting caught by the DE. I imagine it’s a ME issue as I play against him regularly and my opponents run with him against me. He also missed throws that I’m used to completing. In the end if I can make all the same throws and get what I need from either of the free QB’s I will continue to use the free ones.
Feel free to ask any questions, always happy to help!
For what it’s worth I’m not using free/cheap cards because I have no coins. I simply have had better results with the cards I’m talking about. I spent 3mil this morning on cards just to sit in the binder in case I want to use them sometime and I’ve got another 25mil coins available.

Last 3 Weeks
59-1 Champs
10-0 Gauntlet (only one attempt)
some new additions the last 3 weeks but the base of the team stayed the same.
I wouldn’t change anything as I have scheme flexibility on both offense and defense (vanguards & run stuffers/avalanche)

Bad ass team. What's the reasoning for having Adams outside CB and also goedert over Ted at the?

Ok thank you. Maybe I'll do a little testing on some smaller players to see the difference. I REALLY wanted to love the new Jetta card but keep hearing its not good.
And I noticed the same with Maye at first but bumped his acceleration up to 99 and it's much better now.

I play IC3 out of 335 normal, having Uche in the slot is a must for my scheme due to his run stride animation. No other reason than that for Adams playing the outside. Uche makes my scheme work.
Dallas has been great, no real reason to move off him. Teddy is more a situational card for me. Secure Protector + All Day, he’s an extra linemen out there for when I play 6-1 defensives. Vanguard scheme with him at WR. I value the flexibility.

Goedert is a better receiving option than Ted? What about Kelce? I am running all 3 at wr/TE.

Birds TT here and ran both Teddy and goedart, and for some reason Dallas just catches everything and moved fluidly

This has been my experience as well. Goedert is my TE1 and has completely outperformed Ted and Kelce. I had Ted at TE1 and Kelce at WR1 before. Kelce is now at TE3 and Ted isn’t in my lineup anymore.
