Its an ongoing argument Universal does have it,though no solid proof. It was stated in an old EA deep dive it does have it.

Apparently Universal Coverage is all KOs, plus reaction boosts - both man and zone

Its the ultimate ability...only missing tackling boosts or run stop

I think Reinforcement or Run stopper + Universal coverage provides everything

It doesn't work. Activate it all the time of woodson in the slot and gives up touchdowns in man all the time. A guy I played scored a 96 yrs TD on a post against him and he like stopped covering him right before the break
