What are Golden Tickets?

This is my first MUT in a while so I don't know what the golden ticket promo is, can someone explain

Basically you create any card in the game as you wish if you are lucky enough to pull a golden ticket.

Then they release  the user created cards in batches each week in packs. The creator gets their card free.

It’s a content program in Madden where you get 5 free packs and if you get a Golden Ticket in 1 of your packs, you give EA your address and then send you a chocolate bar with the EA logo inscribed on it
