Picked up a new console and playing mut for first time since madden 22. A couple weeks in, having fun, but still having some trouble figuring a few things out
Weekly tokens? Why so many? Should I be using them or saving them? Are there sets coming later they are used for, like team of the year?
Are there any currents sets worth doing with them?
32 gets you a bnd champion, 90 OVR
65 gets you toty player

On the top of the screen use r1 to move to the myteam heading, and at the bottom of the page next to ‘my items’ will be a tab that says ‘sets’

The only season long one i see is for the toty player.
The rest seem to be current cards.
Are there any other season long ones I should be saving for?
Also does anyone know about the toty 88-90 set? It says fantasy pack, but is it ALL the champions thus far? Really only want sweat for my bears theme.

You can choose from toty,legends and collector series sets .All you need is 25 tokens.

The TOTW Champion 88-90 set contains all TOTW champions between 88 and 90 OVR, which includes Montez Sweat. You can see all the players available from using Weekly Spotlight tokens here.
Do the team of the year set first (60+ tokens ) you’ll be getting weekly Spotlight, tokens left and right and they’re good for I believe two or three different promos legends, collector or signature series ,which fire, and team of the week. They just went to a 90 overall and after you do some of the year set, try to get 50 together so you get one offense and defensive player and they refresh every season update so you can do it a lot because you’ll be getting a lot of tokens. I just hold onto them until you see a reason to use them example riq woolen or any recent collective series which is called signature series also have been putting out bangers which come out on Monday so keep an eye on them, but there will be other promos that you can’t use these tokens towards so just use them if they fit your theme or if you really want the card because you know good or I’ve heard it’s good but again you’ll never know how good a card is untill you play with it yourself- hope it helps

The weekly tokens basically last all of MUT 26 as far as I can recall. You should definetly save them for better promos such as TOTY, Blitz, etc. I have like at least 75 tokens (I don't know the exact number though). I am definetly going to save my tokens for better promos later on. It's up to you, but I suggest you save them for better cards later in the year. Hope this helps you AJ!

they wont work for blitz, they only work for weekly promos which are TOTW, Legends, and Collectors series and the 65 token TOTY set.
if a player matches your theme team, take him. dont wait for toty when everybody already have a 95+ team...
Seems like commenters may be confusing weekly tokens and spotlight tokens.
The spotlight tokens are for TOTW/Collectors/Legends. They are really easy to obtain and should be used for BND players you want from those programs.
The weekly tokens are for playing solo seasons and the run. The 32 required for a BND fantasy pack represent four weeks worth of completing both of those modes. It’s a big investment but you can pull Crystals and Team Builder champs.

Oh right I forgot about that, but it will work for the other 3 right?
Yea. We get a ton of them. I knocked out the toty set right away. And did one on a collectors series cards. I still have close to 150. Ill try and save for higher overalls. Or maybe try and get Gibbs when he gets a redux.
