Yes, its only the most recent drop - so not Reggie White, Chung or the LTD WR
But I assume it will continue to alll legends drops up until end of Season 4
Legends will DEF get Ghost chem, the only question is if they get 1 or 2 frozen abilities

Did they release a new set for epic strategy cards??
I only ask because there are way more on the auction house than normal. So I assume people are completing a new set.

No new strat set. My guess is that the increase in supply has to do with this store offer.
