Ya, i've only been out of retirement since M22 cycle, but didn't pick up MUT until partway through M23... perhaps around Harvest/Blitz -- back then, it wasn't until mid-late FEB where i was able to finally get my players (specifically DBs and skill position players) to max 99 speed, on my theme team.  Black History month with combined speed boosts and full 50/50 theme team i had a handful of players maxed out (talking in terms of 99 Speed only, OVR rating is a hugely misleading way to rate cards, imo).  Warrick Dunn and Anquan Boldin i believe were my very first 99 SPD players.

Those Breakouts cards were dropped way too early -- game feels liek it's gone backwards, in terms of overall power from our players.  Zero Chill potentially going to be nutty... going from 96 SPD players last week, to our best/fastest guys now being barely 93-94 stings.
