Vanguard on Laporta isnt vanguarding

Anyone else tried this yet? I'm paying the points and it says its activated but he vary rarely gets a pancake. Does vanguard just suck this year or what?

I tried it a few weeks ago, can’t remember with who, maybe Poe, and never noticed it. It was easy to activate but completely useless.

A streamer confirmed it doesn't work

They likely toned it down a bit from prevoius years

I had it on Ghost Poe and it would work, but not on every play

Maybe its like 50%

I would pay $2.99/month for a streaming service that only showed live reactions of people’s faces when they see that Vanguard isn't working the way they expect. 
It was so abused and overused last year. Hope it stays as is.

Yeah it's absolutely a game breaking ability. With my HB direct scheme it would have been really nasty.

Abilities in general are not automatic like they were last year. Previous game they were like 90% success rate, now it's more like 50/50
