If they would at least give them a discounted ability bucket or multiple team chems maybe we could attempt to make them useful.

As you mentioned, being able to span multiple team chemistries to increase boosts made guys like Pat Tillman and Mike Tolbert useful.

You using the kicker? Andersen's my best option there. No complaints there but everyone else is useless.

I've never used Andersen yet, as Super Bowl Jason Myers was getting the job done for my Seahawks theme team. I had also heard that Andersen's lefty kick animation was a problem.
