You put any one of the eligible cards into a set, and then you get to choose a BND upgradeable card, then you have to spend $20 in the store to get the upgrade tokens

But they probably banned a ton of people selling the upgradeable cards last night at inflated prices...as it takes some time for the median price to update
.
The auto ban bots prob saw a bunch of cards selling 1000% about the previous median and went ban crazy
