Why do they have a power up symbol?
Why are they so trash?
Why have they demolished their legends program so badly?
Don’t be surprised if within the next 3-5 years we see them move away from legends altogether and start using more content like USER Leon sandcastles and whichever other off brand nonsense they’ve spoonfed us over the years
Gonna move to ncaa strictly next year no oop no gimmicks just oldschool gaming football.

The legends in the game are still fantastic (see the Super Bowl program).
The reasons the Legends promo (and now Ultimate Legends promo) will underwhelm is they goofed by including them with the Spotlights.
Everyone had tokens coming out of their ears so there is no reason to buy terrible Legend/UL packs anymore. Saturday used to be a big pack selling day and now it isn’t. The aren’t going to burn premium players if they aren’t selling packs.
They figured out with flashbacks that they can force you to spend if all the lower cards are required to unlock features of the champion. I hope we aren’t about tot see that today with ULs too…

Look no further than the Genki Lamar Jackson. If you complete every objective currently available (without spending your next mortgage payment on dungeon packs) You will make it to level 2 out of 20 in the dungeon diver field pass.
The current catalog shows 0% current usage of Genki Jackson. Since no one has him, that's fairly strong evidence that EA is not satisfied with just getting this weeks paycheck. That want next weeks check as well.

this isnt true, im at level 9 in the lamar dungeon and you can be too just buy the packa that give you exp
This first drop may not be exciting but i think ultimate legends and being able to upgrade oop is going to be good later on

The power up symbol is because the champs can be used to power up OOP heroes. Pretty cool.

You missed the point. You can't get past level 2 without buying packs.
How much did you spend to get to level 9? How much are you going to spend to get to level 20?
