It's been over three weeks since Twitch Drops failed to appear in-game after successfully claiming them with a correctly linked account. EA has the nerve to launch a Holiday Open Directory for the next month, with a 92 OVR reward, when so many players haven't even received the 88 OVR Waller 16 days ago. Perhaps the most frustrating thing is the lack of acknowledgement or communication. No word from the literal "Updates" segment of every GMM stream? No posts from the dedicated Help account on X? We all know if it was a glitch in favor of players, granting twice as many drops each time, they'd have it fixed ASAP. Do better.

This is very disappointing. I also wanted that Waller card. Many players are not receiving Twitch drops from Madden as mentioned. This needs to be fixed.
