Trouble with logging back into madden

So after i press start at the madden 25 menu on my ps5. I get a login verification to send a code. After i put my email, it says please try later, you have made too many attempts, please try again later

I did a chat on ea. they said account looks fine. But just to wait intill message goes away. Been 4 hrs still says same thing.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

tried again same thing, then tried to use a 2nd email on the account

that message says cant resend code, please try again in 60 secs
