He isn't a "bad card" but for my expectations and for the price he isn't a good card by any means. I would def save the coins and the 10% you'd lose inevitably selling him. I had to try him for myself, and I wish I wouldn't have haha.

all year you get a few upgrade tokens then they move onto the next one so you never get enough tokens to upgrade the special cards RIDICULOUS
