Once I purchase abilities, etc this morning, I'm not allowed to get the points refunded, only remove them. Seems odd. Anyone else ?

It’s happening with me too. Frustrating as hell. Logged on to try and see which abilities actually work. Was trying all sorts of different combos and ran out of training. I thought I’d been getting refunds, but realized I hadn’t. Started with about 50k in training and it’s down to less than 1k now. I’m sure they’re not in any hurry to fix it. I’ve DM’d the X account for EA Help. Nothing….. if it was a glitch that gave us 100% back instead of 90%, you bet your ass they’d be on it though

Can’t believe this still hasn’t been fixed 😂. The game is such trash this year. I just had a sweaty with a guy that had the free team and I’ve got a 94 OVR squad. He was agging Ronnie Lott LTD with the 86 George Kittle. Lurk Artist didn’t jump or even get the INT animation. It was like they were trying to keep this guy engaged. I’ll see games like that now and then.

It's actually quite a nuisance considering it's only partials refunds. The bigger the spend, the bigger the loss. That's literal value being lost due to a glitch

Ronnie Lott has boosted 99 awareness. It's incredible for that rating. Haven't seen that since Charles Woodson Szn card last year. Still not fixed as we speak im pretty sure

Just FYI, for anyone that might see this. I changed my ps5 video output to 1440p instead of 4K and it made an absolute world of difference. It’s like a totally different game now. Just that .3 milliseconds of delay made that big of a difference. Lott played amazing in the one game I played with it at 1440p.

So it only matters if your display will output 1440p. Go under “screen and video” under settings on the PS5 and switch output from “automatic” to “1440p.” It’s lower resolution, but still looks great. It also speeds up the menu navigation because the console isn’t having to work as hard to push 1440p as it does to push 4K.
