TOTY Gold Border Set Completion

Does anyone know if you can still complete all 4 TOTY sets to receive a gold border bnd and limited card? I am in the process of completing them but wanted to make sure I am not wasting my time. Thanks in advance!

Go to your field pass>archived>toty and see if the objectives are still there.

go to the sets page and filter program to toty and check there

the set description should also say exactly what you receive

The reward is tied to the objective, so doing the sets without it would get you nothing.
