I have gold Travis hunter, gold Terrell Owen's, and gold Haynesworth... Are they all giving chemistry bonuses or are chemistry bonuses limited to only 1 gold player?

They all count towards your TOTY chemistry and towards whatever team chemistry you choose.

They should have two separate buckets. 1 with TOTY chemistry and the other has all 32 teams to choose from. Make sure to get/give the benefits from both buckets if you have a theme team going.
