You can kind of estimate who will get a card based on stats, the TOTY voting we did, and cards that don't have an updated card but had good seasons and were tops at each position.

Ok that's what i assumed, I assume parsons will get one for example, but jamarr chase wouldn't because he just got a card, same goes for ps2
