I'm sitting on every TOTW token possible. Should I just build a 93? or are these gonna be usable towards TOTY?

You can only use the TOTW tokens towards Heros, not Champions. TOTY tokens go towards TOTY.

imo, they are somewhat worthless unless you’re new or trying to fill a theme team position

Agreed. At this point with the market crash they seemed pretty useless to me unless you have a TT or plan on quickselling for training or something.
