if you recall last year, preseason totw, they had sets and packs that spit out the champions. there was just chaos all year about whether we would have packs or not.
when they didn't sell packs, the heros were 150k
heros will likely be 83s built with 5 80s, so 80s could shoot through the roof next week and go back to 30k for a moment
if they sell packs for week 1 then the heros will be worthless so it's risky
