Been getting tired of madden so I made a theme team of current players just to see how the team plays, still got 70's in the line up, but went had a 6 and 1 run with the team until I ran into a god squad spammed, but my question is has any tried running a current theme team? If so how's it working out for you.

“Current” or “Pure” TT?
A pure TT are guys that actually played for that team, not just get the team chem. Nobody here has the balls to run that so you’re limited here

My current team is rated a 91, but has it strengths and weaknesses i just tey not to exploit the weaknesses, like my left guard aaron banks is a 76 but didn't allow any sacks were as my 94 rt aloud 2 sacks, still won the game but I'm like do ratings really matter.

Yeah my top 3 makes it look like a great eagles TT, it is interesting to see when they figure out my 85 jackson is covering their 96 speed receivers though

That concept doesn't take balls lmao, it takes logic. And the logic lacks. Would be a waste of time to play with that much "pride" lol and I'm a diehard raider fan. Wayyyyyy too ability based to play MUT like regs.

I have a pure packers TT minus K or P. It’s more fun that way and limits spending

I think it's fun and would be more competitive if people used their current theme team, you have to actually play and try to exploit the other teams weaknesses

Also so your skills , when you beat a team that's rated way higher with way better players. And 8f you lose they had the better team its expected.

I was hoping to go purist, not just current, this year. Lack of Falcons corners put me off.
Current team would leave me with 77ovr Cousins or 76 Penix at QB. Other than that, I could work with the offense.
