Is it possible to make a theme team with 50 49ers and 20 Breakouts?

Yes it is possible. Here is the lineup (don’t worry too much about the really expensive players, I used 49ers theme team with all the players as a template) It requires rare 49ers Strat item. (says 49 chem but Lineup Builder doesn’t count LS chem)
You can prob do 50/30
I'm bucs w 50 bucs 30 breakouts and have 3 non breakout non bucs in my lineup with just the rare strat

I’m pretty sure you can do 50 and 20 with any tt. Ltds are 4 and champs and Ratledge are 3. I also believe the strategy card is 5. They made it really easy to get 20 breakouts
