Theme team motivaters?

So I got hurts and it shows he gets multiple  TT motivaters  slots yet no matter what your only 1 of 2 no matter how you allocate them ? I'm sure iI'm dumb about but how do I get them 2 of 2

Yeah he is meant to be paired with either Jalen Carter Stocking Stuffer or his SB card

This can be achieved with combining Hurts‘ motivators with Jalen Carter/D Hop Super Bowl welcome cards, and/or their upgraded stocking stuffer cards. also, if you have Emmitt/Reggie/McCourty LTD’s, those cards also get the motivators, so you can add some that way too.
