The issue with sets

The issue with sets in this game is its always cheaper to just buy the player on the market. Right now it would cost me about 250k - 270k coins to build Chase Young, but he's selling for 192k.

The issue is these damn BND cards. Years back you would earn a NAT card or two from solos you could use in the set. At least in FIFA/FC they let you put the NAT cards in the sets, that way you can complete some good value sets. MUT just trys to screw you at every turn.

What EA don't seem to understand is that if you make the game more fun, the grind more rewarding, people are actually more likely to spend a bit of cash cos they feel like they are getting value. I personally am way more likely to spend some cash in FIFA/FC than MUT cos even the NAT cards are worth something.

In short, fuck EA.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the poster. BND's  have negative implications such as being non-sell able and  much lower training redemption values.

To your point on sets, 100% agree.  They're almost always a loss and that didn't used to be the case.  That used to be a sometimes fun activity to play the market.

As to BND's, it suchs in Field Pass or whatever, but last year people were complaining that they couldn't even get a full champ out of a field pass, so at least they added BND's to most Field Pass's.  NEW this year is several OPTIONS for BND's, which buyer is aware of prior to the purchase.  These usually cost less and yes, can't be sold and are QS for less.  But you are aware of this ahead of time and have a CHOICE.  I don't know how you can hate on that aspect.

Sets are usually a loss 95% of the time in all MUT history or they are exorbitantly expensive. 

Theres a reason theres not PUPs and BND backs on sets anymore. You didnt have to spend that much to have a high team. Now you really gotta grind one way or another or spend to have a high team.

Just let me put BND cards in sets… that’s all I want
