The game isn’t letting me take off ap from players

Today I just got the 94 free champion and picked Al quad in Muhammad as he is the only player with bears chem I don’t have already. Since I had Austin booker before with 3 ap double or nothing, I wanted to take it off him and put it on Muhammad. Madden isn’t letting me take it off though. Is this happening to anyone else or just me?

not sure about AP but when i went to change steve smiths team chem it wouldnt let me remove panthers and then add bucs for free. instead i had to "replace" it for 25 coins. there must be some sort of glitch happening.

just tried to remove ap from cam newton and it wouldnt let me. definitely some sort of glitch going on. classic ea.

Same. Happening for multiple players on my team. Won’t let me refund the ability but I can “remove” it.  Workaround seems to be to completely power down the card at the top then reload with abilities, chemistries, etc .
