All of the whales are the main reason this game is pay to win and requires so much money to compete in. You all make cards worth way more than they should be. No card in the game (with the exception of ranked and H2H cards) should be 4 million or more coins. But since half the community are greedy hogs, it requires people to spend money to either pull the player they want or til they have enough coins to afford them and even then the card isn’t worth 4 mil. It’s ridiculous how much the whales of this game inflate cards.

Your statement makes no sense. If people didn’t buy packs ltds would be even less attainable and more expensive you can’t blame a guy for wanting a couple mil after dropping I could only imagine hundreds for a chance at one of these ltds

Dude... In the first 30 minutes of packs being out, SIXTY jadeveons were sold on the auction house. There is no reason after 60 sales that he should be around 4.5 million coins.
This game isn't pay to win, you don't need limited or the next best card to compete.

when you run a tt that gets nothing but ltds, then it makes it annoying when you have to rock heros every game.
The game is pay-to-win because that's how EA structured it. Certain items are 'unaffordable' because of the card-flippers and investors. There are multiple parts to this machine.

Man respectfully i dunno if i agree. The big money spenders keep the mut ecosystem healthy. In all my years of mut, I've never made this much coin due to an over saturated market, and vicious undercutting. The market is also so volatile, you can overpay or snipe the same card in a matter of minutes. It absolutely sucks that there are some LTDs you have to over pay for to have but you can easily resell them to break even or turn a profit.

If you're a casual gamer, you'll never be able to afford a difference-making LTD while it's relevant. You need to put that economics major to work if you want to field a competitive lineup without spending money, and then EA will throw a curve ball now and then with some Points-only offer that still puts items out of reach. I still have a useless Ultimate Upgrades Jalen Milroe in my binder because there were never upgrade tokens made available for an NMS player to earn.
moron EA devs, degen gambling addicts and 12 yr olds that like arcade dragon ball z avengers football have ruined this game
It's EA. Without the whales, every LTD would be 10 million coins because coin packs and training rolls are trash. The only way these cards hit the market is step offers and expensive pay packs. I got LTD Peppers for 2 mil on the AH when it was a 10% pull rate out of a $50 pack. Thanks whales!

i dont ever flip cards because im afraid to get banned. Say I bought a manziel for 2.2 earlier and sold him back now for 3.1. wouldnt I get banned for that?

Without the whales, EA would have to adjust the pack odds to permit players to feel engaged. The whales don't bring balance to the force. They only ensure that we can look forward to more haves and have-nots.
I don't disagree with you but EA has decided this is the structure that banks them the most money. It's clear they don't care about engagement. They rely on being a monopoly. Zero community manager. Cut and paste promos. Playing offline is a mind numbing grind. They've obviously taken the position that "they'll play no matter what we do" because theres no other football game. 🤷♂️

I'm pretty sure people have been doing that with Manziel and with others. Most of the users who have gotten banned despite legitimate Auction House work involved high-volume transactions that were coincident with a specific item's sudden spike or drop in value. Occasionally, users have been hit with bans for 'selling an item too high', but we're talking about six or seven times the going price in the market when that happens.
There's no question that the EA bot bans register false positives, and trying to get the issue resolved with EA requires more real-life headache than a lot of users want to deal with.
I've never been banned from the Auction House, and make my coins on sets and on the occasional LTD flip.
