Nothing! I HATE the new kicking meter. Last year we were able to go back to Madden Default meter in MUT, but this year they are forcing it on us.

I hated it too at first. But, I can see it making field goals take more effort than pure math in my head now and I’m slowly warming to it.

I agree with this. In past Maddens, I habitually clicked the kick button right after lining up, and this was not conducive to making field goals with the new meter. The old meter has been around for some two decades (if not more). The frustration is in unlearning the old way, whereas the new way bears a closer resemblance to the physical mechanic of kicking a ball.

The intent was not to complete the challenge. The intent is to make field goals to satisfy Daily or Weekly Objectives that require made field goals.

If I kick a field goal it will give me credit even without finishing it?

Yes. The only time you don’t get credit is when the mode doesn’t count toward an objective (i.e. Events don’t count as “Solo” or “H2H” games), or when you quit out of a challenge. Your stats will count toward an objective even when you fail the challenge.
