How come? I thought the set requirements went up by +3 ovr each release, last time you needed 83-84 for the hero set and 80-81  before that

Kind of feels like we’re due for an over upgrade to 91 which would be in line with 85-88 team builders.

Mutleaks confirmed next OVR increase is 11/6 with Breakouts. Those will be the first 91 champs.
