Same here.
They didn't take their usual 4 extra hours to roll out the content this Monday so of course it has to be bugged.
I’m having the same problem. I restarted, unplugged and restarted as well as rebooted. Still getting the same error four hours later.

Was looking for this post... guess I can stop wasting time trying to adjust my lineup, apparently it's not a ME issue.
Well, it's all of our issues now. Sadly, EA doesn't care -- just pay 2.5M coins for that "sweet" 0AP Human Joystick... ignore the fact our FREE Devin Hester S06 card has same ability for zero cost.
BUT IT SAYS GOLDEN 99, THAT SURELY MAKES IT ULTRA SPECIAL, RIGHT? 🤡

I have fond memories of E-man, until we choked one (of many to come) Superbowls in the Kyle Banana-Hands era, oof. Now it's just a sour taste in my mouth, i'll never erase Jimmy's wet noodle of an arm and will wonder til the end of my days what the franchise saw in that guy... Kyle has no ability to evaluate, let alone develop THE most important position in all of sports. I guess that's how we end up giving JimmyG a record (at the time) contract. Pathetic.
Now we're about to do that all over again... hopefully we've learned at least something, but doubtful. ~Sixty million for Purdy is how we end up in a perpetual state of mediocrity. Not liek Cleveland Browns bad, but wouldn't be that much better. Oof.
But yeah, EA struggling to find legit NFL players who will accept whatever piddly amount they're offering (those who aren't already locked into the usual NFLPA agreement).
Regardless, as you stated -- all of that is irrelevant when it comes to cards that get All-32 team chems.
Damn near 6 hours later and its still down.

I liked Purdy. But not 60 million a year. And I don't think he gets more than $50 million.
I hate the current CBA. It handcuffs teams by not allowing them to renegotiate a rookie contract for the first three years. Idiotic. Guys would like to cash in on what they've done during their first two years, and franchises would like to lock in guys who have potential. Instead, by the time a team can negotiate with a guy like Purdy, he's like, 'I've played in a Super Bowl. I've only got one more year to go.'

It doesn’t positively impact the user so there’s no rush on their end
If it’s a goof where people can make coins, it’s fixed immediately. Otherwise….good luck. You’ll be waiting ages

It's become perhaps the most important team-building strategy... you hope you're lucky enough to find a true franchise QB and race to pay them $50M annually, or you have a kid on a rookie contract, so you can invest elsewhere.
But most teams don't draft as well as the fEagles. Howie Roseman really knows what is up, they're constantly replenishing that defense each and every single year with elite young talent. However, to truly emulate that type success is easier said than done.
Kids make money in college now, so they're in no rush to get to the pros, but poor Brock been in ramen noodle territory. Good thing he's got that Toyota & John Deere money.
Boy is that $60M / year Dak contract looking especially brutal. No faster path to mediocrity, than over paying for middle of the road QB talent. My beloved Niners may fall prey to that trap. I think you're absolutely correct, CBA may need some revisions... but I assume it's not up for negotiation for some time. I'm clearly not an attorney.

It expires at the end of the 2030 league year, which means it will probably begin to be renegotiated during 2029.
The CBA negotiated during 2011 brought an end to overpaid early-pick rookies (because no one deserved JaMarcus Russell). The 2020 CBA is what made it impossible to negotiate with drafted players before the end of their third season. The league taketh, the league giveth away.
It's weird though looking back at that 2020 CBA: It was signed days before many large West Coast cities started going into COVID lockdowns. I wonder how many guys on both sides wanted to get that deal closed because trying to negotiate during what became a once-in-a-century pandemic was going to be very difficult.

Those were unique times for sure. Let's hope it's once a century type pandemic.
The ongoing contract talks I'm most interested in finding out ANY sliver of information would be regarding the exclusivity agreement EA has with the league. Surely EA is about to back up the Brinks truck to ensure they don't have to compete, right? Gosh I hope they're too cheap, or at what point does the league take notice of steadily declining game quality, year over year, after year?
Was kind of hoping by summer or early fall we'd get a hint what is going on, if anything.
