The Reticle Speed (slider 1–20) determines how quickly the aiming crosshair moves across the field when you move the Left Stick. If it's too low, you can't move the reticle far enough to sufficiently lead your receiver AWAY from defenders. If it's too high, you end up with wild overthrows. Hope that helps.
When I use the LT and left stick to lead my passes it's almost always overthrown. So if I move it from 7/20 to 8/20 will that help or move it down to 6/20?
