Where do you find mature people to play squads with? Nothing but kids out there. No idea of how to pick plays, no perception of time management, constantly going for it on 4th…i mean, I hear people scream for simulation football…i have not seen anyone actually play it yet.

what console? I'm not a kid. the key is to find a like 18-20 year old that's just naturally good at video games lol. I find decent players all over, sometimes if i have a good h2h game, i had a 44-36 W today, I messaged him asked if he played squads. The "find someone to play with" message boards on Xbox are good, I have a friend that's consistently top 100 in squads that is on there. whatever you do just don't load up a random squads lobby, you'll never find anyone good there

I did this and found a couple people, albeit it mostly seems to be the same few people that are the only ones on there. The ”Looking for group” on Xbox is not a bad shout either, I used to find decent teammates in previous Maddens that way
im on PS5. I actually turned crossplay off. The Xbox people I teamed up with always seem to quit and most of the PC players I play against seem to end up in a Dsync.
