A skill would be to know when to use turbo to make the defense take a bad angle and then hit to out run them. That’s basically what the speed burst glitch is doing with out having to understand angles and not just smashing the R2 button the second the ball is snapped 🤣
It helps worse players and yes great players can easily take advantage of it but in my opinion it’s Lessing the skill gap. they won’t take it out till next years madden though they always make 1 move OP that anyone who can hit a button can easily do because it’s slider is boosted way higher then years prior.
Examples, spin last year, juke the year before the jruddle would be nice just to have it be real and make people show the are good
What you describe with hitting a turbo button to induce a bad angle by a defender would be an actual football move, and very realistic. It’s a huge part of route running, and a huge part of defenders not overrunning plays when defending the run.
I don’t understand why anyone would, with all sincerity, defend as realistic and proof of skill boosting their ball carrier from 18 mph to 35 mph.
