Some proposed solutions

General promo issues:

Promo cards are too expensive and hard to obtain.

Top promo cards are more expensive than LTDs.

Suggestion:

Reduce the set requirements.

Allow use of BND cards in sets

Legend Promo:

Every Full Legends are costing more then a million

Solution:

Improve legend packs odds and ability to make a full legend

Value for money:

Legend packs are simply not value for money.

I might have to spend several hundred dollars or Euros to get all the pieces for a full legend

which has only temporary value before being superseded by another card.

Suggestion:

Improve output form legend bundles and ability to create full legends.

Minimum Value should carry forward when upgrading to a new card.

Quality Issues

Take an extra day or two before releasing a program to get it right, we are more than Ok with that.

Prioritise delivery of missing rewards.

Grant rewards we were not able to attain due to technical issues like solo battles not working.

Ensure Some Cards Remain Rare:

Limit how many times people can do sets for top cards

Go back from NCAT (stupid af) to NAT. 
Slightly increase rates but still ass- they cant make it worth while or theyre losing money

Thats about it. 

Your other solutions/problems are with the community not the game itself. Thats not going to change. Youre limiting coins which then makes more a strain overall than everything hyper inflated (which the only solution is to give out packs, no way they give out straight coins to people owed since that would be like real world market numbers)

I wonder what if more people just played the game say a couple games a day and completely stopped doing sets, using the auction house, and no pack buying at all? Stack the coins and use whoever you get in the rewards section and leave it at that. Would this effect the company at all or not?

Madden is a marketing vehicle for NFL and EA partners.

They sell advertising based on exposure to users, through partner offers etc.

Limiting coins is deflationary which is what we want overall.

I think the main problem with Madden is a problem that's present in many video games today, it's just extra noticeable. Video games are becoming way too competitive and time consuming, with players who spend literally all their time and money on a game to have the best equipment/teams and know all the tricks to win. This combined with poor quality from the company making the game and in EA's case glitches that delete gameplay rewards make the game nearly unplayable for people who don't want to spend thousands + play for 10 or more hours at a time. 

I played for 4 hours and thirty minutes a week with a little extra time used on the Companion App and still haven't been able to get over 80 ovr. All because hours of doing challenges (which I can't even do that now because of a glitch) gives you a barely usable card with the way ovrs have progressed so quickly and a new best player at that position every week.
