So I re appealed and asked for a specific example of what term I violated and they rejected my appealed and also said they can't provide the example of my violation...as they don't want to share info on their processes

Because they don't know and clearly did not do an actual review -- because once an actual person gets involved, i have a high degree of confidence that they will say SORRY, you have Auction House back and here's yer coins... and take uhhh three shitty packs so you don't rage against the EA machine. They might as well just slap us in the face.
At this point i'd settle for getting my account back and NOT getting wrongfully terminated again. Sadly, this is absolutely going to continue to happen to a whole bunch of us. I need to learn a lesson and stop spending money on these worthless fuckers. Retiring would be the correct move, but still working towards that.

The problem with this situation is that there is no real penalty to EA for getting things wrong.
In my line of work, if I make a mistake, I may only have to make a prompt apology and care for a matter on an as-soon-as-possible basis. If I break something, I may end up having to foot the cost for replacement equipment. Or I may have to issue a credit on invoice under certain circumstances. Obviously, it's good business sense both to make your customer feel respected, while also containing costs.
EA doesn't pay anything when they screw up; digital doohickeys of the sort that make MUT what it is are licenses that cost next to nothing to manufacture. Therefore, EA can screw up without any real consequence; a million times zero costs nothing, so there's no inducement to get things right.
Even in binding arbitration, you're not going to get a massive cash settlement, even if you spend a significant amount of money on MUT. You simply won't be able to prove substantial financial damages due to the loss of access to the Auction House.
What EA should be concerned about is this perceived lack of commitment to accurately and responsibly assessing potential abuses of their system. Terms of Use agreements are powerful, but there are established cases where Terms of Use agreements can be subject to severance, and if a judge were to find EA's exercise of authority unconscionable to the extent that the Binding Arbitration clause and Class-Action Lawsuit-restricting clause get severed, that is a scenario where EA would be compelled to engage in Fair Play when it comes to policing Auction House transactions.
