so 2-3 business days from the time they got that letter.

I sent my letter to their legal team this week through certified mail after 2 failed appeals on EA help

Ill let you know how my case turns out

1 thing i did that i dont recomend, is i sent a letter asking for informal negotiations first, just bc i assumed ea was a rational company. 

that was really dumb, basically just a snail mail version of the copy paste reply we all get from the so called appeal.  

costing them money or at least potentially doing so is really the only option it seems.

I had a different thread about my recent ban...was banned last Thursday

Been playing for 5 years, and have learned to make a ton of coins timing the market and flipping sets

When all the prices rose on Thursday, I made sets from everything in my binder and my coin account increased by like 20 milly within 2 hours

That must have upset EA...I signed out, then signed back in and got a permanent ban...no warning

I appealed twice using EA help, but got some automated response "that they made the right action and are not able to provide details on what my violation was".  I know it must be a bot responding, because the responses would come at like 2am EST

.

So i sent a certified letter to their legal team, asking for an explanation of what rule i violated and to put out the specific example...and if they cant provide an example, they should restore my coins and give my auction house access back

I did not request arbitration, but that would be my next step if the certified letter doesnt work

Build away Bobby. Auction house fiends should be banned in my book. It should be banned to build 10 champions and selling each for 150k profit. That takes away from people who play the game the right way. Market players should all be banned  permanently.

I play 45 minutes a night, won the event 4 times and now am sitting at 7.5M with a 95 overall team. No need to be sitting on the game or app all day sniping the auction house being a exploiter.

yeah i used it as a template, it was extremely helpful.  thank you very much!!!   I did end up getting all my coins after a few emails with the rep that sent me the email i posted in this thread.
