Who’s the best slot receiver you used all year?
I seem to either use guys that are too fat and don’t move well or too small and get rocked haha

I like Trent Scott in slot for the vanguard, but I like to run. He doesn’t have Truzz though so have to be a little cautious when receiving. JC Latham is frequently who I see in slot otherwise and he’s been solid for me as well.
JC Latham or Stork for sure. Anyone with Truzz and Vanguard.

Latham doesn't get Vanguard.

Lmfao I was just reading the guy's post about Latham having vanguard and just about looked him up to see if I missed it haha

Youre right. I was thinking Loveland
Gronk....all versions. I always run a TE in my slot so i can audible to heavier sets and run.
Catches them if theyre pass committing every play.

Well if that's the case why wouldn't you run a better TE with vanguard ?

order them however YOU want, but as long as the receiver is tall enough, meaning 6'4" (or taller) and/or heavy enough (247+ pounds) so they can get the glitchy spin move and be elite after the catch, you're probably fine.
My top receivers at the moment:
Having Truzz has basically become a requirement to play this late in the year. For the second X-factor bucket, use whatever you prefer, but can be anything from Double Me (to ensure you have a chance against Bottleneck Man Press attempts) or Angry Runs / YAC `em Up, etc. Doesn't make any dang sense, but the bigger the player model, the better they are as a skill position player & ball carrier. Good ole EA logic, for ya. Oof.

My top receivers at the moment:
- Colston Loveland (running as my WR2, just because i prefer to structure my lineup this way)
- Ted Hendricks (TE) as WR1
- JC Latham ("hidden" at Slot1, for team chems purposes)
- DK Metcalf (WR3)

WHATTUPPP DUDE!
Do you prefer Hendricks at WR1 over Lovely due to run blocking? Or certain formation placement?
Also, if I put a WR in SLOT (1 or 2) Specialists, do I need to also have him at WR 1-5 in order to get team chemistry?
P.S. Let's squad up soon!

Honestly, at this late stage in the game, we're kind of splitting hairs and it can be a bit of personal preference (or scheme fit) for however YOU liek having your receivers lined up. Both are tall, fast, elite run blockers, so i'm not sure it matters all that much. Colston simply has Angry Runs (whereas my Ted does not), so... from my 49ers offensive playbook i just have come to prefer my "best" pure receiver be aligned at that WR2 spot.
And YES, absolutely -- if you want or need the team chems, the Slot1/Slot2 receivers (or anything on the Specialists tab) is not going to count towards team chems purposes. I'm running Saquon's +25 49ers, so i haven't really been pressed for extras at this point.
You may want to ask around... my offense is sputtering, i rarely have to play, so i've just been popping in and out for Squads most evenings/weekends, or whenever schedules may align. I don't think i ever added you on Playstation network (or Xbox/EA, whichever)... apologies if i spaced on that. Is your EA username the same? Or am i just an old fart and can't remember shit?
My lineup should mostly be updated, here's how i'm approaching things: https://www.mut.gg/25/lineup-builder/6d23c8db-0331-411a-9343-b8b843b95425/ -- there's better people to take advice from on the offensive side of the ball.
