Skill based matchmaking

When did people stop enjoying going against a worthy opponent.

I can’t tell how many times I’ve heard streamers and content creators complain about skill based matchmaking. It doesn’t make sense to me why someone would rather beat somebody who’s team is not even close compared to someone on their skill level.

Am I just old or can someone explain why they enjoy beating someone’s who’s team is considerably less than their own.

It kinda seem like they complain about the meta they actively endorse and don’t want to deal with playing against it themselves.

People dont want a sweat every game that isnt fun

Dude I so agree with this. These guys spam meta cheese plays and get mad when they have to play somebody who does exactly the same or is just better than them. They only care about rewards, not actually having a fun competitive game
