Should you stack interior threat and el toro or would that be redundant?

I am wondering if I should be both of those on quinnen williams or if a different ability like extra credit or instant rebate should be prioritized.

You can stack but I think you'd get more benefit elsewhere.

I have ultimate Colossus, interior threat, indoor baller, DoN, inside stuff on him and he goes ham
