I'm currently at level 42, with a 98 ovr team, 9 RPs, and my only actionable card is 99 Jamal Adams, I don't think I've got it in me to grind the comp pass again, should I go ahead and start dumping my team for training and coins to build more RPs?

The things is, if we dod get the final 4 RP objectives, I can.nearly guarantee that at least one of them will be related to H2H

Good point. And yes, we will get those objectives, as EA recently announced via their MUT Twitter account that there will be another Redzone Royale release this coming Thursday.
But the original point remains. Only you and you alone can decide whether or not if it's worth the grind for those final RP tokens.

A second vote to sell here. They haven't had any exclusive h2h objectives for RP yet. So far all h2h objective could be complete by doing solo battles. And you don't need that good of a team to grind them out in solo battles
