Dos this ability actually do anything if you have 99 throw power?
The description says “increased throw power on bullet precision passes”
Based off the price it should be almost game breaking but after using it I much rather prefer gunslinger.

has nothing to do with release or throw power, biggest impact is on outside the hash, medium or deep throws, taking anywhere from 1-5 frames off the time it takes for a ball to get from release to the receiver. it is the most powerful ability in the game
this debate is had every year for about 15 seconds until someone releases a video showing the actual frame rates for different throws with or without ple/sfl
gunslinger only makes you release the ball 1 frame faster, it doesnt do anything to the speed of the ball
