Servers not working

I haven't been able to log on since the new promo came out im on ps4 am I the only one with this problem?

Nothing being reported on EA server status, here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/are-ea-servers-down/

I also just checked the PSN network service status: https://status.playstation.com/

Both are all green, but that doesn't 100% indicate things are operating normally.  I was able to get in earlier (on PS5), although that's not gonna help you, as the game versions are totally separate this year.  Keep trying, hopefully the problem resolves itself.  If all else fails, perhaps try sending a Tweet to @EAHelp, although i would temper my expectations, they're not super responsive in my personal experience.
