Serious question

Personally speaking... I'm playing ultimate team - NOT an NFL simulation.  I want to use the best players available and have almost no regard to who is playing or has played for my favorite team (the Steelers).

Similarly speaking... I want to use a stadium that is as "clean" as possible.  I would never  choose an outdoor stadium like Pittsburgh's Acrisure Stadium or the old Three Rivers Stadium.  I absolutely HATE playing in any stadium with shadows (like the Cowboys' AT&T Stadium or the Vikings US Bank Stadium.  I also hate the   Lions Ford Field with the alternating patches of dark and light green turf.  The shadows and the field itself are distracting when I'm trying to throw the ball.

I have used the Saints "Superdome" as my home stadium for a very long time.  That... and the Falcons Mercedes-Benz stadium are the cleanest in my opinion.  

I do however use the Steelers black color rush uniforms... because they're tough and represent my favorite team.

I have rarely experienced such intense hate as when I first dropped into a game and someone was using that damn Zero Chill stadium.  Whoever thought it was wise to give us a Boise Idaho style blue for playing field needs to be dragged out back and shot.  No fate could be too severe for that decision.  I felt blind for most of the game, especially because my opponent wore the Zero Chill uniforms, as well.

The entire game i wanted to smash my controller on the television screen, oof.  But yeah, Miami shadows are kind of frustrating, as well.

Yeah that stadium was/is terrible , especially when they use Blue uniforms  .

Played in a fantasy football league this year that was a "favorite team" league - meaning only I could draft Lions players in the league (same with whatever your favorite team was). The draft rounds just subbed your player in from your team based on the average draft position - so the first couple of rounds were set for me - Amon Ra; Gibbs; and LaPorta - but then I got to select some other players like Joe Burrow because no one had the Bungals in my league, then resuming again when Montgomery was selected. Pretty cool concept if you never did it before.

I tried a theme team in fantasy once and it did not work out very well lol

I went a step further and only drafted fantasy players  that went to my Alma mater - Virginia Tech - named my team HokiesUnite. The only player that was worth a crap was Vick - had difficulty fielding an entire team - lol

they might use the default stadium assigned when you log into ultimate team then picked out a uniform they like. i was playing at mtt bank with jets unis on my 2nd account because i was too lazy to make the set for a stadium

Any time a team comes out with that stadium I quit immediately.

I love my rivals squads. I usually build at least a Seahawks/Niners team and a Ravens/Steelers team during the year. Have Suggs and Ward on the same team. Or Sherman and Crabtree. Gives me some extra enjoyment. I fully embrace being a weirdo football fan and still a die hard Lions fan. But yes I always select my uniforms and stadium to match or for a specific home field advantage. Agreed on the Zero Chill stadium. It legitimately gives me a headache when I stare at it for a whole game.

That, and plus the Bills arent really our "rivals" it doesn't matter if theyre in our division.

1. Theyve never won ANYTHING. Lol In fact the whole losing four super bowls in a row kind of makes us feel sorry for them. 

2. If that didnt, then rhe fact that for like 20 years we beat them pretty much EVERY time (seriously look it up, I think Tom Brady has the most wins or highest win pct of all time agaisnt them compared to any other player vs any other team.

Even in 03 when Bledsoe was their qb and rhey signed lawyer milloy from us a couple days before opening day and blew us out. How long did that last? We blew them out by same exact score to end the season and then won another super bowl a month later. Lol

Yeah theyre way better than us now, but sos everybody. Plus josh allen is a great player and a super likeable guy. Until drake maye came out this promo i was using josh allen or drew bledsoe. Lol

I have always wondered the same thing playing 2K, MLB or Madden. It hurts my brain for some reason when they have mismatched  logos, jerseys and courts/fields.
