Up to you. When you come back everyone will have 2-3 xfactors as base abilities. If that sounds fun to you sure.

That's what I'm saying.
EA makes it impossible to "Give" your team away.
It's linked to your EA account; linked to your Steam account, and Linked to your Twitch account.
I don't understand why they care so much about something that has no intrinsic value...

Definitely sell now if you intend to take a break. If you sell later it’ll be for a fraction of the value now.
