Is tomorrow a good time to sell the team before overall increase?

Depends on what you are selling and how long you want to wait to reload. 

Every year TOTY is a total letdown because the cards get pedestrian abilities. Hard to imagine those cards being better than Combine. 

You’re probably waiting a few weeks until another ability-driven promo drops before the Combine cards or some of the better ULs lose much value.

they already showed toty tokens.  they will just charges us for the good abilities, my guess. i bet there is 1 or 2 tokens you can earn

You could have gotten good value over the weekend up until Monday or so, but it's too late. I think the next couple days will actually be buy days for Super Bowl and Combine players who will probably end up being just as good as not better than the Team of the Year guys.

No way -- the Combine cards with the Tokens will be usable for months.  Pat Pete's Ability discounts and Speed make him usable through the end game.  If any Super Bowl cards have held their value, I would consider selling them.
