Secure Protector vs Pass/Run Protector

Is Secure Protector just both Pass and Run Protector in 1 ability? If so if a OL has 1ap of each would that just be equivalent to 2ap Secure Protector? Lmk

Ive stated in a similar post, I think based on your play calling, resistence points per ability may end up weird, whereas SP is cut and dry for both
