I'm fairly new to the game. Season 5 was my first season and I only managed to get two XP tokens for season 6. Now, how do they work? Am I supposed to put them into the token exchange set right away or should I wait until I get to higher tiers or will there be another set to put this token in?

Ah ok, that's what I was unsure about. I felt like maybe they automatically give you a jump to the next level, then I would have saved them for when I'm at a higher tier
