Safe to say, bidding in auction house is over permanently?

If you take into consideration how quick they can fix glitches that give us users advantages. 

And how slowly they work on issues that make the game worse for us. 

With a new patch haven just come out and a new season. I see that we still have no bidding in the auction house. I think it's perfectly safe to assume at this point that they have no interest in ever bringing it back. I have a feeling they never have liked the ability to make bids. 

On a side note, I have a feeling companion app isn't ever coming back either

I was just.gonna say that about the companion app. It doesn't look like they are being that back which really really sucks. I miss doing those puzzles every 5 mins now lmao

Sorry, I don’t know all the details about the bidding issue. However, today I put in a bid, and won an auction as the sole bidder. 

Did I make a mistake by doing that?
