I'm one account, I've gotten Darnell Wright, Lukas Van Ness and Marvin Mims.
On the other one, I've gotten Wright and Van Ness.
So, it's definitely happening at a slow drip for XBox One X/S.

it’s a slow roll boys. except upto a day delivery time to receive all 32. Playstation took about 12ish hours to get them all. keep checking unopened packs every hour or so
